Request deletion of your game data

This page is for Ironbreak Arena players who want Myrkwood Studios to delete game identity and associated data held on services we operate. You can use it even if you have uninstalled the app.

Send a request

Email ironbreakdeletionrequest@myrkwoodstudios.com with the subject Ironbreak Arena data deletion request. Tell us which game server you used and, if known, your gamer or display name. If you have a game data reference or deletion receipt, you may include it. Do not send us a password, Google ID token, or game session token.

We will reply with a way to verify that the data is yours before acting on the request. You can also ask us to delete particular data without requesting deletion of all associated game data.

What happens to the data

After verification, we will remove or de-identify the game identity association and related profile, progression, and match data that we control, then confirm completion. We may retain limited security, fraud prevention, legal, backup, or request records where necessary. Our privacy policy explains retention.

You can separately visit the game identity privacy page to revoke sessions and remove a Google provider association. That automated action does not by itself remove game-server records, so use the email route above for a complete request. Neither action deletes your Google account.

Independent community servers

We cannot erase records held by independent community server operators. Contact those operators directly for their data. If you are unsure which server you used, tell us what you know and we will help identify it when possible.
